Disabled candidates who hold the second-generation and above disabled cards (disabled cards must be within the validity period) and apply for reasonable convenience should submit a written application to the county (city, district) Admissions Office before April 17. Applicants should fill in the Application Form for Reasonable and Convenient Entrance Examination for the Disabled, and provide the second-generation ID card and the People's Republic of China (PRC) Disability Certificate.

According to the purpose of article 1 of CRPD of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, it is defined as a disabled person, that is, a person who has long-term physical, linguistic, hearing, mental, intellectual or various defects and interacts with various obstacles, or may prevent disabled people from fully and effectively participating in society on the same basis as healthy people. According to the sixth national census and the second national sampling survey of disabled people, the proportion of disabled people in China and the proportion of all kinds of disabled people in the total number of disabled people.
