2. For research and curriculum planning, minimum TOEFL iBT 100 is required. Candidates with an iBT score of 92-99 can also apply for courses, but they may need intensive English training before starting legal studies. Other TOEFL scores of 600-603 or minimum IELTS 7.0 will be considered, but we like TOEFL iBT very much.
3. Applicants should arrange the examination date as early as possible to ensure that the scores reach the Admissions Office of our college before the application deadline. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept scores.
4. Only accept the official TOEFL iBT score report.
5. For IELTS (academic) report, you can provide a copy, because we can use TRFN on the report card to verify the results online.
6. TOEFL/IELTS scores are valid for two (2) years from the date of examination and should be valid at the beginning of the application period for degree courses. If it has been more than two years since your last exam, you must take it again.
Admission interview
The Law School of the National University of Singapore may, at its own discretion, request an interview for a candidate in Singapore or the candidate's home country. In some cases, if possible, such interviews can be conducted by telephone or Skype.
