How to give every child a chance to express his ideas?
The society in which children grow up is constantly developing and changing. Modern people living in this environment should not only have modern knowledge, but also have the ability to deal with interpersonal relationships and adapt to society. Therefore, cultivating children's ability to live independently from childhood is an important content in contemporary preschool education. It is not difficult to find that giving every child an opportunity to express his thoughts and wishes is the foundation and core of cultivating children's independence and socialization. So, how to give every child a chance to express his thoughts and wishes? The author thinks that education should focus on kindergartens and families.

First, kindergarten teaching activities, games and life are the best places for children to express themselves. In this world, children should be given ample opportunities to express themselves.

First of all, create a good environment for children in teaching activities, so that children can get natural development in an open space, including beautiful natural environment and good artificial environment. Here, teachers should pay special attention to the layout of natural environment and the creation of formal educational environment such as corner activities, keep the activity room clean at all times, and create activity areas such as doll area, self-supporting corner and book corner. Montessori once said: Children's activities can not be separated from the environment, and can not be separated from the "prepared environment" they prepared. Therefore, the preparation of teaching AIDS is particularly important. As a materialized environment, its function is not only to impart the most basic knowledge or skills to children, but also to attract children's attention and concentrate their energy on selective external stimuli. Its unique function stimulates children's imagination and tries to express themselves. Of course, this requires teachers to work harder. A good artificial environment needs teachers' language skills and creates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere for children. If you are not serious, you will not suppress children's emotions, give full play to their enthusiasm, open their imagination, and let them express themselves heartily in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, especially those introverted children.

Teachers should master methods flexibly, give more guidance and encouragement, give every child ample opportunities, do not interrupt children's thinking, and create a space for children to express their thoughts and wishes. When we create such an environment for children, can children not be good at "exposing themselves"?

Of course, in teaching activities, to give children the opportunity to express themselves, the most taboo is to just adopt the educational method of asking and answering questions when talking with children, but to encourage children to ask questions boldly as much as possible. This is related to the teacher's methods and skills in class. If we grasp this point, we will give our children a chance to show themselves. For example, children like to listen to stories, and teachers can stimulate children's emotions, broaden and extend children's thinking, and rejuvenate children's innocence by setting suspense stories. For example, the children in our class like the story of "popping apples" very much. I consciously adapted it and created a suspense. I asked the children to create the ending of the story, encouraged them to imagine the images of foxes and pigs in the story, and encouraged them to draw their favorite ending. The children describe the fox and the pig in various ways, and the story ends in various forms. When children are drawing stories, I try to inspire them to think and affirm their every idea. After their performance, the teacher was not idle, but put forward some ideas in a suggested tone to let him express himself more fully, so that the children's self-confidence would be stronger.

Second, preschool education should be integrated into games. Piaget said that games are an important source of children's advanced psychological phenomena and the most important way of children's socialization. For children, games should be their dominant activity, and the new syllabus also clearly points out that children's psychological development and learning characteristics should be respected and games should be regarded as the basic activity. It can be seen that during the day's activities, games occupy as much time as possible, because these hours are the best space for our children to show themselves.

For example, once, I took my children to play the game of "throwing and catching the ball". I let them form a big circle in advance, and I stood in the middle to pitch and catch the ball for them. Because there are many children, it takes nearly 2 minutes to throw a circle, which means that a child needs to play the ball once, with an interval of 2 minutes. In the game, I found that Du threw and caught the ball very frequently. After careful observation, it turned out that Du threw the ball to the teacher and quickly stood in the team of children who didn't catch the ball behind him, letting him keep catching and pitching, and the more times he played. After the activity, I chatted with my child, and he also expressed his thoughts: I want to play more times. The child's performance gave me an inspiration. Later, when I organized them to play this game again, I divided the children into many circles and asked one child to take turns throwing the ball to other children. In this way, the number of times children play has greatly increased. Here, I would like to thank this clever boy for his performance which inspired me.

Another time, I took my children to outdoor activities. That day, our class played hula hoop. At first, they simply let the hula hoop turn, but soon, I found that some of them had put the hula hoop on their heads and played magic games. Some played the game of driving, using collars as steering wheels; Some play with white rabbits and pull out radishes as obstacles; Many people say that hot wheels is at the foot of Nezha. that

One day, the children gave full play to their imagination and played the little hula hoop to the fullest. They were very interested. Let them prove their ability in the game, exercise their courage, realize their wishes and explore their inner potential at the same time.

Third, preschool education should be carried out in daily life, in other words, anytime and anywhere. What impressed me most was that once, our kindergarten served watermelons at noon. When the children eat, I pay attention to remind them to spit out the melon seeds and collect them together. When the children finished eating, I asked intentionally or unintentionally, "What can I do with melon seeds, son?" . The children's interest came at once: some said they could eat; Some say it can be fried; Some people say that when you plant watermelons, you can plant watermelons. ............. "Really?" That day, in order to satisfy the children's wishes, I took my children, watermelon seeds, water and shovels to the kindergarten plantation to find a small place and planted watermelon seeds. It was hot that day, but the children didn't seem to feel it at all. A few days later, I took my children to see the sprouted melon seedlings and told them the process of seed germination, which increased their interest. In this regard, our class also made observation records. Through this incident, I believe that giving children the opportunity to express their wishes anytime and anywhere not only promotes educational activities, but also makes them more natural, harmonious and thorough.

Second, the family is the best stage for children to perform. On this stage, children should be given every opportunity to show themselves.

First of all, this family should be a democratic family, and parents should communicate with their children frequently. In daily life, everyone has the need to express himself and communicate with others, and because of everyone's different personality, the ways of expression and communication are not the same. Adults can express their thoughts and feelings through words, but children are often ignored. When children need to communicate with adults and share their joys and sorrows, we often stop expressing children's wishes because they are busy and have no time, which makes children feel infinite disappointment and, to some extent, makes them lose the opportunity to express themselves. Therefore, the family must be a democratic family. Parents should always communicate with their children, solicit their opinions, listen to their voices and give them opportunities to express their thoughts and wishes. Never say "Children's Home", so that children will lose precious growth opportunities again and again.

Secondly, let children learn to do things independently, learn to be independent in the process of doing things, learn to think and learn to create. For example, helping adults is itself a manifestation. Don't simply limit the performance to language expression or demonstration. Let children do things that they are interested in and can do, such as feeding goldfish and sharing bowls and chopsticks before eating. Parents should cultivate their children's interest in actively participating in these housework: they can say to their children, "Baby fish is hungry, so take care of it!" " ""mother and baby compete to see who folds the clothes neatly! " "Book Eva crying on the ground. Can you send the book Baby home? "Parents should trust their children's abilities. Trust is respect for children, creation of children and development of children's abilities.

Finally, I think the living room is a small classroom to educate children to treat people and things. Parents should encourage their children to be a natural and graceful master. This semester, one of the topics drawn up by our small class teaching and research group is "learning to be a small master" Its purpose is to let children learn to express themselves, express their thoughts and wishes, and cultivate their good habits of courtesy and enthusiasm and sense of ownership. Activities are mainly carried out in the form of role-playing games: for example, divide the children in this class into several groups, encourage them to discuss seriously in each group, choose a favorite role, such as father, mother, child or small guest, and then encourage them to perform according to their own roles. During the activity, the children warmly entertain the little guests, offer their seats, make tea, talk to them, play games with them and see them off. Those immature and happy faces are full of enthusiasm, sincerity and concentration. During the activity, the teacher inspired the children to give full play to their imagination and encouraged them to speak boldly and show boldly. At the same time, we also invited children from other classes to be our guests. The real atmosphere and environment further cultivate our children's friendly cooperation with others and their ability to treat people and things. Through games, every child is provided with opportunities to exercise and express himself, thus pushing our activities to a climax. Therefore, in the family, parents should give their children a full display of their own space, give them the opportunity to exercise at any time, seize the opportunity of education in time, make the best use of the situation, and lead their children into the future life with true love.
