Founded in 1978, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "National University of Science and Technology") is a "double-first-class" world-class discipline construction institution approved by the Ministry of Education of China, and it is an innovative institution of higher learning featuring postgraduate education and integrating science and education. Its predecessor was the Graduate School of China Academy of Sciences, and it was renamed in June 20 12.
