Cutting propagation of cosmos can be carried out in May. Select stout top branches, cut them into small pieces of 8- 10 cm, and put 3-5 plants as a cluster in a flowerpot. The flowerpot should be buried in the soil, 4-5 cm above the ground, watered and shaded, and take root in about half a month. When it grows to 15 cm, the terminal bud is removed to promote multi-branching. If properly fertilized, it will bloom in about 45 days.
