I don't agree with this practice. Although girls nowadays don't have their own personal freedom like in the past, it is obviously inappropriate for a college student to stay outside at night. After all, students' main task is to study rather than play. Overindulgence is irresponsible to yourself and your family. I think it's ok to go to entertainment places like Internet cafes and bars occasionally, but it's too indulgent to go there often. Besides, it is not safe for a girl to play in these places all night.
