The passing rate of CET-4 in the second semester of sophomore year is also decreasing year by year. The pass rate of grade 99 students is 7 1.28%, that of grade 00 students is 67.20%, and that of grade 0/kloc-0 students is 62.20%. The statistics of another university are similar. For two consecutive years, the passing rate of CET-4 has been declining every year. The passing rates of Band 4 in the year before, last year and this year were 80%, 76% and 75% respectively.
