The College of Nursing was founded in 1997, the former nursing department of Suzhou Medical College, and it is one of the earliest colleges in Jiangsu Province to offer undergraduate nursing specialty. At present, there are 35 graduate students and 306 undergraduates. 13 level, 27 excellent classes, 53 characteristic classes and 80 students. ; 14 excellent class with 28 students, 14 special class with 5 students1person, and 79 students are counted as * * *; 15 excellent class with 27 students, characteristic class with 5/kloc-0 students and * * * 78 students; 16 has 22 excellent classes and 47 characteristic classes, with a total of 69 students. 20 15 passed the certification of nursing specialty in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education and won the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center in Jiangsu Province. In the same year, he won the excellent group award in the first national clinical skills competition for nursing undergraduates.

The talent training in our hospital is characterized by Excellence and internationalization, and the professional characteristics are cardiovascular nursing, critical and chronic disease nursing. Attach importance to cooperation and exchanges with well-known universities at home and abroad, flexibly introduce well-known professors from Britain, the United States, Hong Kong and Taiwan as visiting professors, (send outstanding students to participate in various study and exchange programs at home and abroad every year, such as the summer program of Huaxia Higher Nursing Education Alliance and the summer course of Taiwan Province Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology), and open up ways for undergraduate graduates to study in Queen's University, Japan and other countries, as well as preferential policies such as cooperative training of masters and doctors.

Since its establishment, the college has adhered to the school-running philosophy of "developing the college by quality, strengthening the college by talents, innovating and running the school with characteristics", and opened extracurricular activities courses such as "lecture hall", "appreciation of famous works", "humanistic quality score card" and "summer overseas summer camp". To equip undergraduates with tutors composed of senior teachers, clinical nursing experts and excellent graduate students, with the goal of cultivating outstanding nursing talents with "thick theory, hard technology, good nursing and strong ability" to meet the needs of nursing development, and to transport a large number of nursing elite talents to the society. The employment rate of previous graduates has reached 100%, and most of them are employed in hospitals and health management and education departments with strong medical, teaching and scientific research capabilities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
