1987 is located under Jinjiling. Wang, Vice President and Wang Yunjin, Party Secretary of the former college, attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Tan Qinglian, former Vice Minister of Construction, attended the bidding meeting of the college's infrastructure. The Central University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics directly under the Ministry of Finance contracted the professional departments and teaching of the school, and five universities in Shandong Province undertook the basic courses of the school. 1In June 1987, the school was opened by the Provincial Taxation Bureau.1In June 1988, it was moved to the Party School of Jinan Municipal Committee, and then moved to Shungeng Road after completion.
