Article 13 Those who have extensive tinea corporis, tinea capitis, severe bromhidrosis, tinea manus, tinea pedis, onychomycosis, scabies, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, chronic eczema, urticaria, neurodermatitis and other infectious or incurable skin diseases, and have a close contact history with infectious leprosy patients, are not qualified. Among them, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor, acne vulgaris, chilblain and localized neurodermatitis are less than 3cm in diameter, and mild bromhidrosis (except submarines and armor) is qualified.

Fourteenth gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre, sexually transmitted lymphogranuloma, nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS and their virus carriers are unqualified.

Eighteenth serious chronic gastrointestinal diseases, liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas diseases, visceral prolapse, abdominal mass, anemia, poor nutritional status, unqualified.

The following conditions are qualified:

(a) supine position, breathing calmly, the liver is not more than 65438±0.5cm below the costal margin of the right clavicle midline, and not more than 3 cm below the xiphoid process, soft and smooth, without tenderness and puncture, and the upper boundary of the liver is within the normal range;

(2) The splenomegaly caused by malaria, schistosomiasis and kala-azar in the past was less than 65438±0cm under the left costal margin.

Nineteenth rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, urinary, blood, endocrine and metabolic system diseases, various stages of diabetes, unqualified.

Article 20 Infectious diseases such as malaria, schistosomiasis, kala-azar, amebic dysentery, filariasis and viral hepatitis are unqualified. Among them, filariasis and bacillary dysentery were cured for more than half a year, malaria, leishmaniasis, schistosomiasis, amebic dysentery, leptospirosis and epidemic hemorrhagic fever were cured for more than two years without sequelae, and acute viral hepatitis (except hepatitis B and hepatitis C) did not recur for more than one year.

Twenty-first epilepsy or other nervous system diseases and their sequelae, mental disorders, schizophrenia, neurosis, personality disorders, mental retardation, sleepwalking, enuresis, psychoactive substance abuse and dependence are unqualified.
