It doesn't mean that you can change your major after finishing your freshman year, but some popular majors may have more restrictions, usually next semester or second semester.

The school is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, and it is the first batch of pilot units of the "Excellent Doctoral Education and Training Program Project" of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.
