Suzhou University is one of the first universities listed in the national project 2 1 1, which is a higher education development plan initiated by China government on 1995, aiming at enhancing the comprehensive strength and international influence of a number of key universities in China. Suzhou University is also a double-class construction university established by the Jiangsu provincial government. It is a higher education development plan initiated by the China municipal government on 20 15, aiming at cultivating a number of high-level universities with international competitiveness. Moreover, Suzhou University has also been selected into the national plan11,the national innovative experimental plan for college students, and the research and practice project of new engineering, all of which are important measures taken by the China municipal government to promote the reform, innovation and development of higher education.
