Cui has been the director of Peking University Catering Center for nearly 30 years, and it should be admitted that she has rich experience in managing large-scale group meals. However, from the reality, many students and teachers are strongly dissatisfied with its existence. Although students protested on BBS many times, the situation of less food, high price and more foreigners in Peking University canteen has never changed.
