How do universities hold class meetings?
The essence of the meeting: the meeting must discuss, and the discussion must decide.

University classes will have themes, such as choosing the best, such as welcoming the May 4th Movement called by the school, and so on. This is determined according to the theme.

Notice and necessary information disclosure should be made before the meeting, so that participants can clearly understand the content of the meeting and emphasize the importance of attendance.

For example, non-participants are not eligible for selection. According to school regulations, non-participants must take time off, or have corresponding points deducted. Note that it is in line with the regulations and cannot be supplemented by yourself.

In addition, the meeting should be concise, always talk about several events of this class meeting first, and what process should be followed, especially the election, so as to be fair and open.

If it is a theme class meeting, we should actively mobilize all the staff to participate before the meeting, so that everyone has the motivation and enthusiasm to hold a serious meeting and regard the class meeting as their own responsibility. For example, arrange a group of people to give speeches and performances to increase entertainment.

At the end of the meeting, just make a brief summary, mainly to affirm and encourage everyone's performance.

The class meeting also exercises the organizer's organizational planning ability and oral expression ability. Come on!
