Shandong provincial education bureau. Dongchang College of Liaocheng University, located in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, is a full-time undergraduate college of applied technology approved by the people of China and the Ministry of Education. Approved by Shandong Provincial Department of Education in April 2002, the College is a secondary college of Liaocheng University. In June 2005, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as an independent undergraduate college. In August 2005, Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to merge Liaocheng Education College and Liaocheng Teachers College with a history of 100 years into Dongchang College of Liaocheng University, so as to realize complementary advantages and optimize resource allocation.
