Real Entry Case: China and Hongkong's New Non-segregated Entry Policy
Since China Mainland and Hong Kong implemented the new entry policy on September 26th, some applicants have successfully entered Hong Kong. However, entry into the Mainland from Hong Kong still requires a quota first, and then it is subject to quarantine in the Mainland.

For example, applicants who entered Hong Kong from Shanghai and Shenzhen have been vaccinated. They were given a blue code on the first day of employment, and their ID cards were unimpeded. Next, I will take you to have a look!

At present, the new policy for entering Hong Kong is as follows:

No matter whether you enter the country overseas or in the Mainland, all immigrants must complete the health declaration form of the Department of Health online in advance before coming to Hong Kong. See the link: www.chp.gov.hk/hdf for the green health declaration QR code declaration form.

So what are the corresponding policies for entering Hong Kong from different places?

Entry into the Mainland: It is now applicable to those who enter Hong Kong from the Mainland (provided that they only stay in the Mainland or Macau on the day of boarding/arrival in Hong Kong or seven days before).

1. What are the reservation requirements for coming to Hong Kong?

A: There are no restrictions on coming to Hong Kong, and there is no need to apply in advance, and there is no need to conduct 24-hour rapid nucleic acid testing and electronic declaration before arriving in Hong Kong.

In other words, people from the mainland and Macao will not have to undergo family quarantine after arriving in Hong Kong, but they still have to undergo nucleic acid testing on the second day of arrival and conduct self-monitoring within three days of arrival.

2. Are there any requirements for vaccination through easy entry into Hong Kong?

A: There is no requirement for vaccination, but you need to show a "vaccine pass" after entering the country to enter major places.

3. So what is a "vaccine pass"?

A: The "vaccine pass" is an important epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic measure. The aim is to encourage more people to be vaccinated, at the same time, to enable Hong Kong people to return to their normal daily lives safely, and to prevent people who are not protected by adequate vaccine doses from entering crowded places with high risk of infection. It is suitable for major places, including schools, universities, offices of government and public institutions, indoor places managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, public hospitals, sanatoriums and institutions for the disabled.

On August 8th, the Hong Kong government announced that "red team" and "yellow code" were added to the "Vaccine Pass" to identify people with high risk of infection. From August 9th, confirmed patients will be listed as "red team", while patients from overseas or Taiwan Province Province will be listed as "yellow code" in these three days, and their "vaccine pass" will be changed to red or yellow accordingly.

During the quarantine period, you need to be followed by the "yellow code" for 3 days. You can go out and work in the office within 3 days, but you can't enter restaurants and bars. If the nucleic acid test is negative on the third day, the "yellow code" of the mobile phone can be changed to "blue code" and it can move freely. The person in charge of the site must refuse the relevant personnel to enter the relevant site according to the relevant regulations.

4. How to apply for and use a vaccine pass?

A: You can use the following methods to make vaccination records to achieve the goal of "passing the vaccine":

Local vaccines in Hong Kong: the QR code of local vaccination records displayed by mobile applications such as "Safe Travel", "Smart Convenience" or "Medical Health Link";

Hong Kong local vaccine: paper local vaccination record with QR code printed;

Non-local vaccine/mixed vaccine of local and non-local:

(1) Two-dimensional code of vaccination records obtained from frontier port clinics when entry personnel declare non-local vaccination records;

(2) The two-dimensional code of vaccination record obtained when completing the declaration of vaccination record in different places at the designated post office of 18;

(3) The two-dimensional code of vaccination records obtained when the online declaration platform for non-local vaccination records (https://www.chp.gov.hk/vac-df/#) is completed.

5. Answers to related questions after the competition:

(1) What are the requirements for nucleic acid testing after entry?

A: Self-monitoring is required within 3 days after arrival in Hong Kong, and nucleic acid testing is required the next day after arrival in Hong Kong. Go to the community nucleic acid the next day, without an appointment, go directly. On the third day, I became a medical supervisor myself.

(2) Will it be labeled "yellow code"?

After consulting the official telephones of the Immigration Department and Juan Epidemic Prevention, I got the answer that under the new policy, the mainland will also implement "0+3" when entering Hong Kong, and the "3" period will be marked with a yellow code.

(3) If the code is yellow, can I enter the government building to apply for an ID card?

Generally speaking, it is possible. (The specific situation is subject to the policy of the day)

Attached here is the notice of entering the office building in Wan Chai, Hong Kong:

6. Is it possible to travel to and from the mainland on the same day?

A: We have consulted the Immigration Department, Juan Epidemic Prevention and other official telephones, and the answer is that under the new policy, the mainland will also implement "0+3" when entering Hong Kong, and a yellow code will be given in the third phase.

As far as we know, the yellow code people are temporarily unable to return to the mainland within three days of their arrival in Hong Kong.

Of course, some applicants entered Hong Kong after the new policy, and they were given "blue code" instead of "yellow code" after entry, so the specific situation should be based on the arrival of passengers on the same day, and everything is possible ~

7. What are the requirements for going back to the mainland through the three links (Hong Kong Airport, Shenzhen Bay Port and Hong Kong Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge)?

Go to the Mainland or Macau by land first:

Relevant passengers should reserve at least two hours to arrive at the entry-exit control point to ensure that there is enough time for customs clearance after obtaining negative test results.

Entry from overseas: those who arrive in Hong Kong from overseas or Taiwan Province Province through the airport need not carry out compulsory quarantine, and change the new arrangement of "0+3" quarantine, that is, medical supervision for 3 days and self-monitoring for 4 days after entry;

1. The conditions for overseas entry into Hong Kong are:

(1) meets the vaccination requirements;

(2) Have a green health statement QR code;

(3) The nucleic acid certificate is negative 24 hours before the planned takeoff.

PS: The government suggests that overseas immigrants can only complete the health declaration form online after obtaining negative results of rapid antigen test.

What is full vaccination? Complete vaccination means that the recommended vaccine dose has been completed at least 14 days before the arrival date in Hong Kong according to the List of Coronavirus Vaccines Approved for Designated Use in 20 19.

2. Overseas entry: 0+3, can you achieve the same-day round-trip (overseas)?

A: No, you need to complete three days of self-medical supervision in the local area before you can leave the country on the fourth day.
