Teaching and research section of public international law
The teaching and research section of public international law has 10 teachers, including 3 professors, 3 associate professors and 3 lecturers. The teaching and research section mainly undertakes the teaching tasks of compulsory courses of international law and elective courses such as customs law, maritime law, diplomatic business etiquette and negotiation, law and diplomacy, and legal practice of maritime navigation. Teaching objects include undergraduate and navigation. As the project leaders, the teachers in the Teaching and Research Section of Public International Law undertake two provincial undergraduate and postgraduate teaching reform research projects and two university-level undergraduate teaching reform research projects. Teaching and research section of private international law
There are 9 people in the Teaching and Research Section of Private International Law, including professor 1 person, 6 associate professors and 2 lecturers, who mainly undertake teaching and research tasks for undergraduates and postgraduates in private international law. The teaching mainly includes the compulsory course Private International Law, and the elective courses include Legal Practice of Foreign-related Marriage and Family, Legal Practice of International Commercial Arbitration and Legal Practice of International Intellectual Property. The course of Private International Law won the excellent course in Chongqing, and the teaching team of Private International Law won the Chongqing municipal teaching team. In terms of scientific research, in recent years, teachers in the teaching and research section have independently or cooperatively undertaken more than one 10 legal research project from the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, china law society and Chongqing, and published more than one professional academic paper 10 in national authoritative journals such as China Law and Xinhua Digest, as well as journals above C level.
Teaching and research section of international economic law
There are 15 teachers in the teaching and research section of international economic law (including part-time teachers in the school), including 6 professors, 5 associate professors and 4 lecturers, who are mainly responsible for teaching and scientific research in the direction of international economic law. The compulsory courses offered by the International Economic Law Teaching and Research Section are mainly international economic law, and the elective courses are foreign-related economic law legal practice, diplomatic business etiquette and negotiation, multinational corporation legal practice, international financial law, international tax avoidance case analysis, and international economic and trade dispute settlement practice. Bilingual teaching courses are International Trade Law Analysis and WTO Case Analysis. The course of International Economic Law for foreign students (all of them) is an excellent course in Chongqing, the teaching team of International Economic Law is a municipal teaching team in Chongqing, the Case Analysis of International Trade Law is a national bilingual teaching demonstration course, and the Case Analysis of WTO is a bilingual teaching demonstration course in Chongqing. In recent years, the teachers in the Teaching and Research Section of International Economic Law have undertaken various legal research projects of the International Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, china law society, Fok Ying-tung Education Foundation and Chongqing Municipality, and published papers in World Trade magazine, Cornell University International Law Journal, Bond University Law Review, modern law, law business research, law review, law, etc.
