The administrative department of education, students who can't complete the courses (credits) stipulated in the training plan within the basic academic system, can apply for extending the study time within the longest study period stipulated by the school. For students who need to take more than 16 credits in the graduation semester, it is recommended to apply for an extension of study time within the longest study period. Students who extend their study time should apply for it at the latest one week before the end of the graduation semester, and go through the relevant formalities after being examined by the college and approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
