It is in the mountains, but the school is not deep in the mountains. The school has eight or nine campuses. Huaxi North Campus has the best environment, culture and sports facilities, including China Institute of Culture, Guizhou University Sports Center and Guizhou University Tennis Court (under construction, but soon to be completed). It has a good style of study and is the seat of the party and government organs of the school. Huaxi South Campus is the former site of Guizhou Agricultural College. The infrastructure is not very good, but the food in the canteen is delicious. Caijiaguan Campus is the original site of Guizhou University of Technology, with general facilities, but better than Huaxi South Campus. However, Guizhou University is currently building a new campus. After the completion of the construction, the school will basically give up the Caijiaguan campus. The new campus is located a few hundred meters west of Huaxi North Campus, adjacent to Jiaxiu South Road in Guiyang. It will officially open in September this year. From the planning point of view, it should be better than the northwest campus of China, but the construction is not over yet, and it will take several years to complete the project. Several other campuses are not the main campus, and the situation is not clear. Generally speaking, the above campuses, except Huaxi South Campus, have a good environment with trees and towering trees.
