English dispatch letter issued by the applicant's employer (printed on the employer's stationery, signed and sealed), including the job title of the applicant in the employer, the specific content of sending to Poland for business activities, the visit schedule (the time should be the same as the invitation letter), who will bear the expenses, and ensure that the applicant returns to China on schedule. The letter should include the employer's contact number and the applicant's business card.

4. If you go to Poland to participate in the exhibition, you must provide remittance documents and payment confirmation in Poland.

In order to prevent China's diplomatic and official passport holders from being blocked in Belgian, German, French and other Schengen countries, they can't pass through the six Schengen member countries of Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Malta without visas. According to bilateral agreements, China's diplomatic and official passport holders can travel to the six Schengen member countries of Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Malta without visas, but they must take direct flights to the above six countries. If visa-free personnel transit other Schengen countries to the above six countries, they must complete the Schengen country visa in advance.
