The College Students' Professional Navigation Association was established in May 2065438. This is a newly established association. In the first year of its establishment, there were more than 120 members. Its rapid growth and the introduction of advanced club concepts have made various activities colorful. Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 Nature of Professional Navigation Association: This association was established spontaneously by students and worked under the guidance of the Admissions and Employment Office of Henan Institute of Technology.

(2) President (1)

1. Preside over the daily work of the Association, decide on major issues and be responsible for the overall work of the Association.

2. To lead and coordinate the overall operation of the Association; Do a good job in ideological education of association cadres and members, sum up work experience and lessons, promote the improvement of association members' working ability, and increase the cohesion and combat effectiveness within the association.

3. Do a good job in communication and coordination with the International Liaison Department of the Institute of Industry and Commerce and the Federation of Associations, and promote the development of student activities within the group.

4. Responsible for reporting to the Youth League Committee and the teachers of the Admissions and Employment Office, and strive for the greatest understanding and support of the relevant departments of the school for the activities of the association, so that all the work of the association can be carried out smoothly.

Office Minister (1): Responsible for the daily internal affairs of the Association. Deputy Ministers of the Office (2):

1. document management: draft and review all kinds of documents, and be responsible for the collection, classification and filing of all kinds of materials and documents; And regularly publish the work flow of the association and collect the opinions and suggestions of cadres and classmates.

2. Meeting management: responsible for organizing association meetings, making meeting minutes and attendance of cadres for semester assessment.

Minister (1): responsible for the employment guidance, information search and internal learning of the members of the association, and responsible for the lectures of civil servants.
