According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Continuing to Implement the Special Enrollment Plan for Key Universities in 2022 (No.3 [2022] of the Ministry of Education), our school will continue to implement the special enrollment plan for universities in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "wing-adding plan"), and this brief chapter is specially formulated.
I. Registration conditions
Rural students who are eager to learn and have excellent grades in high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) in the implementation area of special plans for colleges and universities must meet the following conditions at the same time:
(a) in line with the 2022 unified college entrance examination registration conditions;
(2) I have a household registration with my father or mother or legal guardian in the rural areas of the implementation area, and I have been registered in the local area for more than 3 years;
(3) I have been studying in the county high school where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually studied.
The relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are responsible for the determination of the specific implementation area of the special plan of colleges and universities and the examination of the candidates' household registration and school qualifications.
Second, enrollment majors and plans
Note: In the requirements of the college entrance examination reform, "physics+chemistry" means that both physics and chemistry must be selected, and "physics/chemistry/biology" means that only one of the three courses of physics, chemistry and biology can be selected, other things being the same.
Third, the registration method
From April 12 to April 25, candidates log on to the registration system of Sunshine College Entrance Examination (website: /gxzxbm), fill in their personal information accurately and completely, upload their signed application form as required, and complete online registration. If the registration is not completed or the registration materials are unqualified, the registration is invalid.
The physical conditions of registered candidates must meet the relevant requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities; The reform of college entrance examination for provincial candidates must meet the requirements of our school's "wing-adding plan" enrollment specialty.
Four. Working procedures and admission methods
In late May, the school conducted a preliminary examination of the candidates' registration materials according to the results of the basic qualification examination of candidates' household registration and student status completed by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located, and publicized the list of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination through the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform and the Undergraduate Admissions Network of Shandong University before the end of May.
Qualified candidates, who participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in that year, and achieved the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores in the provinces where the students were born (the merged undergraduate batch provinces were implemented with reference to the minimum admission control lines for some special types of enrollment), must fill in the professional volunteers of our school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provincial entrance examination institutions.
According to the enrollment plans of different provinces and majors, according to the principle of "score first", according to the candidates' college entrance examination results and their professional wishes, our school assigns majors from high scores to low scores.

(1) The enrollment of the "Wing Student Program" in our school is organized and implemented by the Undergraduate Admissions Office under the leadership of the leading group for undergraduate enrollment of Shandong University. In the process of implementing this brochure, our school has made the enrollment plan open, the selection method fair and the admission criteria open.
(2) The discipline inspection and supervision department of the school supervises the whole process of the enrollment work of the "wing-adding plan".
(3) There is no charge for the enrollment of our school's "wing-adding plan", and the tuition standard of each major is implemented according to the requirements of the price management department of Shandong Province.
(4) Our school will strictly check the qualifications of candidates in the aspects of application, admission and freshman registration, and check the registration materials, paper files and electronic files of candidates one by one. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of the implementation area, student status and household registration will be disqualified and dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.
(5) From the enrollment of the college entrance examination in 2023, candidates who gave up their admission qualifications or dropped out of school after being admitted to the special program in previous years will no longer enjoy the admission qualifications of the special program.
(6) This chapter is interpreted by the Undergraduate Admissions Office of Shandong University. If the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education are adjusted, they shall be implemented according to the latest policies.
