There are many curriculum innovations in the MEM project of East China Normal University, such as offering a series of compulsory and elective courses in cross-functional and interdisciplinary fields. Compulsory courses, such as leadership and R&D team management, data thinking and big data technology, intellectual property and technology prediction, reflect the combination of technology and commercialization; Elective courses such as M&A, strategy and corporate governance, social innovation and entrepreneurship, scientific and technological entrepreneurship and other innovative courses. Some courses will be based on the joint training base of graduate students with integration of production and education established by the college, and project research will be carried out in groups in the form of cooperative teaching or counseling between professors on campus and tutors off campus.
