I. Selection and Appointment Plan
In 20 13, our city plans to recruit 300 college graduates to work in the village. Among them, 130 people are selected for some national key universities such as 2 1 1985 and some undergraduate universities in the province (if the actual number of applicants does not reach the planned number, the extra places will be included in the public recruitment plan); Open recruitment 170 students, according to the requirements of 80% and above in party member, including 36 full-time students with bachelor degree or above (post A) 136, and B)34 full-time students with bachelor degree or above in party member (post b) (see attachment for details). Second, the selection method
The selection and appointment work is carried out by combining merit-based selection with open selection. Through the recommendation of relevant universities, organize interviews, physical examinations and assessments, and select the best candidates; Open recruitment uses written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment to determine candidates.
Third, the selection conditions
All college graduates who love grass-roots work, are enthusiastic about rural undertakings, bear hardships and stand hard work, are willing to contribute, and are interested in serving the construction of new countryside can participate in the registration. At the same time, the following basic conditions must be met:
1.30 years old (born after1March 983 15);
2. Participating in merit-based recruitment are part of 2 1 1, 985 universities (the number of universities in this province is not limited, and universities outside the province must be Zhejiang nationals) and the first batch of fresh graduates (the number is not limited) who enroll key professional students in colleges and universities in our province, and their political outlook must be party member; Unemployed people can continue to register for public recruitment.
3. 2. Priority recommendation

According to the registration situation, relevant universities will recommend qualified personnel according to the ratio of 1: 1.5.
3. Organize interviews and determine candidates
Time: before April 25th.
Counties (cities, districts) organize personnel departments to conduct qualification examination for preliminary candidates and organize interviews (specific time and place will be notified separately). Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation according to the interview situation, organize physical examination and assessment, determine the preferred candidates according to the number of preferred recruitment plans, and publicize them within a certain range (if the number of applicants does not reach the number of recruitment plans, determine the candidates according to the actual qualified number).

Open recruitment takes the form of online registration, not on-site registration.

5. Qualification examination
According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to 1:2, and the interviewer's qualification is reviewed at the specified time and place. Previous graduates who participate in the qualification review are required to provide ID cards, household registration books, nationally recognized academic qualifications, originals and photocopies of degree certificates, etc. Fresh graduates are required to provide ID cards, household registration books, employment recommendation forms, original and photocopy of employment agreements for college graduates, etc.

Each county (city, district) organizes interviews by itself. The interview topics are unified in the whole province, with a full score of 100 and a qualified score of 60.
7. Physical examination and evaluation
Time: before July 15.
After the interview, the written test results and interview results are combined to calculate the total score. The formula for calculating the total score is: total score = written test score ÷2+ interview score ÷2. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score ranks first. According to the total score, from high score to low score, according to the number of recruitment plans 1: 1.2 to determine the physical examination and assessment objects. 8. Publicity and employment
Time: before the end of July
After the physical examination, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized for 7 days. The employment of college graduates who work in the village shall be under the unified management of labor contracts, and the township (street) where they are located shall sign labor contracts with college graduates in written form. The employment period is generally 3 years. Those who have fulfilled the 1 employment terms and passed the examination can be renewed according to relevant procedures through consultation between both parties. Those who have served for two terms and have not served as members of the village "two committees" or above will not be renewed in principle. Those who violate work discipline or seriously neglect their duties and cause serious impact can be dismissed in time. The subsidy standard for college student village officials during the employment period is determined according to the salary level of newly hired civil servants in local towns (streets) after the probation period expires, and all social insurance and housing accumulation funds are handled in a unified manner.
