Suzhou University, located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province. It is a national "double-class" university, the first batch of universities selected by the national "2 1 1 project" and "201/plan", and a university jointly established by the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.
