South China University of Technology refers to South China University of Technology. South China University of Technology, formerly known as South China University of Technology, can be traced back to a class of industrial schools in Guangdong Province, and was established in 19 1952. In 1952, it was formally established during the adjustment period of colleges and departments in national universities. On the basis of Engineering College of Sun Yat-sen University, Engineering College of South China United University, Engineering College of Lingnan University and Engineering Department and Specialty of Guangdong Institute of Technology, it was transferred to Hunan University, Zhonghua University in Wuchang and Wuhan Jiaotong University. 1960 became a national key university; 1988 was renamed South China University of Technology.
