Duke University, referred to as Blue Devils for short, was founded in 1838, located in the scenic Durham, North Carolina, USA. It is a world-renowned research university. Although the present school was founded in 1924, the history of Duke University can actually be traced back to Trinity College founded in today's old site in 1859, or Brown School Building founded in Randolph County in the same state in 1838.

Cornell University, referred to as Cornell for short, is a world-class private research university located in Ithaca, new york, USA (the other two branches are located in new york City and Qatar Education City respectively), and is a member of the famous Ivy League. Cornell University was founded by ezra cornell and andrew dickson white in 1865. It is the only one of the eight Ivy League universities established after the American War of Independence.
