1, by stage
We can divide the university period into two stages, each stage has different emphasis, and each stage has different planning and promotion contents for college students.
The first stage is the first and second year of college, which is called the exploration and orientation stage. At this stage, the focus of career planning guidance is to instill the importance of career planning in combination with freshmen's entrance education, and to determine and design their own future consciousness from the beginning of freshman year.
Cultivate college students' abilities of self-cognition, self-orientation and career orientation, and determine students' interests, personalities, abilities and values through some psychological tests, career tests and looking for growth experiences, so as to clarify their future career development path.
The second stage is the third and fourth grade of university, which is called the stage of improving differentiation.
At this stage, the focus of career guidance is to cultivate the ability of college students to match their careers according to their planned career anchors and current professional background, and to improve their basic quality and practice ability by participating in part-time jobs, community organizations and social activities.
Guide college students to recognize the current employment situation, establish a correct view of job selection, employment and life values, and make full preparations for leaving the university gate and heading for a career path with a good attitude.
Because there are too few opportunities for college students to get in touch with the real workplace and the information is very unequal, college students will inevitably encounter difficulties in planning their future career development.
2. Specific requirements
College students should recognize themselves. I hope you can pay enough attention to this point. In fact, the best way is to realize what kind of person you are and what kind of life you want to live after graduation, including your hobbies, values, personality and so on.
So why do you have to discuss internal problems such as personality and interests in career planning? Because only when you know yourself clearly will you know more about what kind of job you are suitable for.
Personality, hobbies, etc. To a great extent, it determines whether you have an advantage in the future industry. Naturally, if you develop in the field you are good at and can give full play to your greatest advantage, you will be more handy, grow faster and live happier than your competitors.
