1. Under any of the following circumstances, you can apply for provincial organs or units:
(1) Persons with bachelor degree or above;
(2) Bachelor degree or above from 20 17 fresh graduates of Zhejiang Shengyuan full-time colleges and universities and 20 17 fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities outside the province;
(3) College graduates with permanent residence in Zhejiang Province (based on March residence 1 1, 2065438). The place of origin refers to the location of the household registration after the college entrance examination and college admission.
Those who graduated in 20 17 must provide corresponding academic credentials before September 30, 20 17 (graduate students should also provide corresponding degree certificates).
2 provincial organs and provincial units for grassroots service-oriented project personnel to record civil servants:
(1) Persons who have participated in the project of "Selecting and Transferring College Graduates to Work in Villages (Communities)" for 2 years (hereinafter referred to as "College Student Village Officials") and passed the annual assessment;
(2) Persons who have participated in the "Western Plan for College Students' Volunteer Service" selected by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the "Plan for College Students' Volunteer Service in Underdeveloped Areas" selected by our province (hereinafter referred to as the "two plans") and passed the examination after their service expires, and have accumulated more than 2 years in grassroots work experience.
The above-mentioned (1) and (2) personnel enjoy the directional admission policy for five years after leaving their posts, among which those who are no longer in the service post for 20 13-20 17 years, and so on.
3. The civil service examination objects of service-oriented grassroots project personnel of municipal organs and units shall be implemented with reference to provincial organs and units. For the scope and job qualifications, please refer to the local announcement.
4. The object of recruiting civil servants for service-oriented grassroots project personnel by county-level organs is: those who have participated in the "village official" project for provincial college students for 2 years and passed the annual assessment over the years, and are still in service positions; Participated in the "village official" project for college students for two employment periods, passed the annual assessment over the years, and left the service post for less than three years. 5. The positions of civil servants in township organs for outstanding village cadres are divided into "position 1" and "position 2". "Position 1" is for college students "village officials", and its scope and object are the same as those of grassroots service-oriented project personnel in county-level organs; "Post 2" is aimed at village cadres who are not university student village officials, and its scope and targets are: those who have served in the posts of Party organizations and village committees (hereinafter referred to as "two committees") for more than two years or have served in the posts of "two committees" for more than three years (those who meet the scope and targets of "post 1" are not allowed to apply). The scope and targets of full-time people's armed cadres recruited by township (street) organs are: full-time retired soldiers from ordinary colleges and universities and graduates from People's Armed Forces College who were born in cities with districts and have permanent residence in Zhejiang Province. Retired soldiers of full-time college graduates refer to: those who joined the army after graduating from full-time colleges and universities and have now retired; Persons who have been admitted to full-time colleges and universities or who have continued their studies and obtained college education or above after retirement during their service in the army.
