In the research area of Jiaonan University, the training direction of Qingdao Industry-University-Research Base of Harbin Project is shipbuilding, the main training direction of Ocean Crew School is seafarers, the training direction of Harbor College is port talents, and the training direction of Jiaonan Vocational Education Center is shipyard operators. At present, the high-low training chain for sea-related talents has been initially established, and the training base for sea-related skilled talents has quietly taken shape. At the same time, strengthen the training of sea-related talents, enhance the school-running characteristics of the Municipal Vocational Education Center, Harbor College and Huanghai College, support Ocean Shipping Crew College to build a high-end training center, and build the most important blue economic skills training base in the province. By 20 13 years, the university scientific research area can provide 10000 sea-related professionals every year.
