There are four undergraduate majors (applied physics, material physics, electronic science and technology, optical information science and technology), with about 1600 undergraduates. There are two master's programs in the first-level discipline: physics (including 8 two disciplines) and materials science and engineering (including 3 two disciplines). The enrolled master's majors are: theoretical physics, optics, atomic and molecular physics, condensed matter physics, material physics and chemistry, and material science, with about 150 master students; There are two doctoral programs in two disciplines (material physics and chemistry, physical electronics) and about 20 doctoral students. There are two key disciplines in Anhui province-material physics and chemistry, theoretical physics; 1 Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education-Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Information Acquisition and Control; 1 Provincial Key Laboratory-Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Information Materials and Devices; Two Anhui engineering technology research centers-Anhui magnetic materials engineering technology research center and Anhui photoelectric sensing engineering technology research center; 1 Anhui experimental teaching demonstration center for basic courses-experimental teaching center for basic physics.
