1. Do you still have the household registration certificate you got from the school? If you can still find it, you can prove that you have not settled down: you can take the old migration card to the police station where the original school is located, ask for a new migration card, and then settle down at the designated migration place within the validity period.

2. If the migration permit you got from the school is lost or damaged when you graduated, you should first find the place designated by your original migration permit, and then apply to the police station at the designated migration place for a certificate of non-settlement. Take your certificate of non-residence, your diploma and registration card, go to the police station where the school is located and ask for a replacement certificate of household registration, and then settle down within the validity period.
