Social practice is the only way for each of us to step into society from university, and it is also the key to start working and adapt to society, and it is an indispensable part of our life. Practice and study, we are exposed to different things every day, studying every day, doing different things every day, and practicing every day. Is there anything you don't know from practice? For the first time, we wash our faces, brush our teeth, get dressed and so on. Because we are constantly learning and practicing, constantly growing and turning what we have learned into our own.
As a college student, social practice is an important link in our college life. This summer vacation, my classmates and I came to _ Co., Ltd. for a month's social practice.
The environment here is good, the greening is good, the staff dormitory is ok, similar to the school, and the canteen food is not far from the school, which makes me feel less strange and pessimistic for the first time. My summer job starts here.
After entering the factory, the first thing to do is to arrange accommodation with the staff of the personnel department, learn the rules, understand the surrounding environment, register and issue brand names, and then conduct a one-day training. The so-called training is just listening to the old employees tell us about the safety problems, precautions and physical examination in the factory. What makes me most curious is signing a labor contract. I have never been in a factory or worked, and I never knew there was such a thing as a labor contract. It's still in duplicate, and you have to press your fingerprints. When I pressed my handprint, my classmates and I felt as if we had signed a deed of sale in a TV series, and we always felt that we had sold ourselves. However, this makes me know that factories should also have certain legal provisions, such as state-owned laws, family rules, and factory rules and regulations that belong to them. The famous saying "No rules, no Fiona Fang" once again made me realize the importance of rules.
The next night we started to work the night shift. I wonder if there is anything worth exploring in that workshop. Put on the assigned factory clothes and work hats, and a large group of people arrived at the workshop. The first thing is undoubtedly to listen to the precautions and then learn from the old employees. Yes, we must do it ourselves. Sitting at the station, we were a little nervous and at a loss. Because what we made, the toy gun, my workstation was testing, testing a small part, and then lubricating the part, and the clothes on my hands were covered with oil at night. You will feel a little proud when you see the numbers on the automatic display screen and pull up the flowing goods.
I also learned a lot through this part-time job. During my internship, I felt the working atmosphere and realized the hard work and happiness. These are things you don't feel at school. No one will tell you what to do here. You must do it consciously and do your best. The efficiency of a job, others will have different evaluation. In school, there is only an atmosphere of learning. After all, school is a place to study, and every student is striving for higher scores. And this is the workplace, and everyone will work hard to get more pay. There is competition in both study and work. In the competition, we should constantly learn from others' advanced places, and also learn from others how to be a man to improve our ability!
A leaf belongs to a season, and young students have splendid youth. Who says we are high-spirited, young and frivolous, and can't stand the baptism of heavy rain? Who said that in the ivory tower, you don't listen to things outside the window, just read sage books? Walking out of the campus and into the society, we wrote a satisfactory answer ... Through the tempering of social practice, I deeply realized that social practice is a fortune. In practice, you can learn knowledge that books can't, so that you can broaden your horizons, understand society, go deep into life and have endless aftertaste. What you learn in textbooks is the most basic knowledge. No matter how the actual situation changes, as long as you master the most basic knowledge, you can respond to changes with constancy. Now many students feel that the knowledge learned in class is useless and depressed, but I think how to deal with the ever-changing society without book knowledge? After this exercise, although the time is short. But what I learned was something I couldn't understand in school for a semester.
For example, how to get along with colleagues, I believe that interpersonal relationship is a big problem for many college students who have just stepped out of society, so I deliberately observed how my predecessors got along with colleagues and superiors during my internship. I tried to ask for advice with an open mind and was not ashamed to ask questions. Improving interpersonal relationships is not limited to our own department, but also good relations with colleagues in other departments, such as the marketing department, so that the work efficiency will be high, and what people call "making money harmoniously" is not unreasonable in our daily work. Moreover, chatting with seniors at work can not only relax your nerves, but also learn a lot of things outside of work. Although we may encounter few situations, it is also one of the purposes of this social practice to understand them.
I think our social practice is such a bridge, guiding our students to know more about and get in touch with society, helping us college students who grew up on campus to complete the transformation from campus to society and from desks to desks, avoiding the confusion of college students entering society, truly combining college education with social employment, and cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of society. Society tells us that in the next three years, we should not only study, but also improve our ability in an all-round way!
Through the practice in January, I also earned the first bucket of gold in my life. This social practice is the first time, and it will undoubtedly be a treasure of precious memories in my life.
The three-month internship is over, which makes me lose ten pounds, make my muscles strong, and more importantly, let me know what the work is like.
In this internship, we get equal pay for equal work with the old employees in the factory. It was in these three months that I worked in xx that I took part in the work for the first time in my life, and at the same time I gained the first bucket of gold in my life.
Xx should be the representative of private enterprises in China, made in China. With the reform and opening up in China and the rapid economic development in recent years, XX has become one of the few private enterprises in China that have the ability to squeeze into the top 500 in the world. Like most enterprises, xx's achievements today depend on advanced production technology and management concepts, and it has become the second largest microwave oven manufacturer in China, relying on the huge cheap labor force in China and the hard-working spirit of China people.
We work in xx microwave oven assembly plant. The work here is simple. Anyone can work for a minute or two under the guidance of the team leader, but the working hours are particularly long, nearly eleven hours a day, and the night shift is changed every half month. This work is very hard. The difference between our college students working here and ordinary new employees is that we can master the job skills of the post more quickly. Make products with better quality.
On the production line, a production team is a whole. When the production line starts, there can't be no one. Everyone should do their own thing, and Sierra, a colleague in the adjacent post, has the obligation to help. It is also important to have a good relationship with colleagues. Good communication can convey happiness, which is very important at work and after work.
Xx is very big, making a lot of money, but there are also many problems. For example, there are too many managers, the quality of grass-roots managers is not high, the relationship with employees is not handled well, the working hours are too long, and the salary is too low, which leads to serious employee turnover, and the large number of new employees makes the product quality not go up. However, if xx wants to become one of the top 500 companies in the world, it must improve its product quality. Let's say the quality of managers is low. Take the post-process leader of my team as an example. Every time an employee has a problem, he will swear. I don't know why. To say the least, under such a high-intensity workload, even if someone makes a little mistake, they should be forgiven. The workers were tired and criticized. What is the mood at work? How to ensure the quality of products?
The three-month internship has taught me a lot of things that I can't learn in class, and made me really understand what hard-earned money is. Think about how much sweat our parents have paid to bring us up for school! And we are still ignorant at school and spend money at home. Through this internship, I deeply realized the importance of knowledge. Without knowledge and skills, I can only buy my own physical strength cheaply, so I will cherish the learning opportunity for the remaining year, strive to learn my professional knowledge and practice my skills, so that I can step into the society and become a person who can do things and be a man.
I especially recommend it.
