With the consent of the ordinary university where the student status is located, you can apply for the exam. Each student can only apply for 1 pilot universities, and the academic affairs office of the university where the student is registered can only issue relevant certificates of 1 for each student.

In principle, the enrollment registration time of the pilot colleges and universities will be arranged on May 12- 16, 2023 (the specific time will be subject to the enrollment brochures published by each school), and the written test will be arranged on May 27th (Saturday) at 9: 00 am. After being put on record by the Municipal Education Commission, the enrollment brochures of the pilot colleges and universities were uniformly announced to the public. All pilot colleges and universities should co-ordinate the examination and epidemic prevention work, improve the emergency plan in time, and deal with emergencies. In the process of enrollment, all pilot colleges and universities must enroll students in strict accordance with the number of announced enrollment plans.

Three, the pilot colleges and universities in a comprehensive review of students, according to the conditions determined by independent selection, to be admitted to the new students after publicity without objection, before formal admission. The list of new students admitted shall be submitted to the Municipal Education Commission in the form of official documents before September 20, 2023. The enrollment of freshmen is managed according to the enrollment management measures of ordinary colleges and universities.

Four, the pilot colleges and universities should strengthen the organization, leadership and supervision of the enrollment work, all the selection links should be supervised by the supervision department, and all the examinations should be arranged in the standardized examination room. Pilot colleges and universities shall not entrust individuals or intermediary organizations to carry out the pilot work of resettling students or entrust the examination, assessment and selection work to the colleges (departments, departments and other departments) on campus to be independently responsible. Violation of laws and regulations in enrollment, examination, admission, etc. It will be dealt with in strict accordance with the procedures and regulations set forth in Amendment IX of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities, and the responsibilities of the parties and relevant personnel will be investigated according to laws and regulations. Anyone suspected of committing a crime will be transferred to judicial organs for investigation. Pilot colleges and universities should improve the enrollment supervision system, and the supervision measures covering all aspects such as proposition, examination, re-examination and admission should be strict, standardize operation, strengthen supervision, resolve risks and ensure fairness.

Five, the pilot colleges and universities should further increase the intensity of information disclosure, timely release information such as test scores, qualified lines and supervision and reporting methods, and accept social supervision.
