The first round-auditions
First of all, after daily contact and understanding with freshmen, members of each organization department can tell the minister if they find some talents that our department really needs, and they can pass the first round of interview directly with the consent of the minister and deputy minister. Second round-key selection
This round of interview will be tentatively scheduled for September 2 1 in cooperation with other departments. During the interview, all the students who passed the first round were invited to enter the interview venue, and each person was given a test paper uniformly printed by several cooperative departments. The examination paper is composed of 2-3 multiple-choice questions in each department, and the topic content shall not obviously involve the relevant content of the department.

Third round
Students who pass the second round enter the organization department and start the probation period 1 month.
