Third, why is it the problem of the management supervisor? If the management supervisor has a sound system and mechanism, advanced technology, in-place management, guidance, supervision and service, then it is impossible for producers and operators to produce, process and sell harmful food, and consumers will use and eat harmful food.

The knowledge level, management level, working ability, political quality and sense of responsibility of management supervisors are one of the reasons leading to frequent food safety incidents.

Fourth, why is it a consumer problem? Why is it wrong for consumers to be victims? Partly because consumers lack consumption knowledge, partly because consumers have knowledge of food safety but don't pay attention to it, and partly because consumers buy, eat and use it for cheap.

5. Why is knowledge and technology backward? Knowledge and technology run through all links, and the backwardness of knowledge and technology in all links leads to food safety incidents. It is difficult for you to detect those goods that are harmful to human body simply and quickly.

How to deal with the above food safety incidents, I think: first, we should strengthen publicity and education, spread the knowledge that food safety should pay attention to, so that manufacturers, operators, consumers, management and supervision personnel all know; The second is to establish and improve laws, regulations, systems and mechanisms related to food safety, such as food safety testing, production and operation, supervision and management, rewards and punishments, etc. Third, strengthen training and management, strengthen the training of management technicians, improve their business knowledge, strengthen the management of production, management and service industries, and standardize their behavior; Fourth, strengthen supervision, supervise managers and managed people, and prevent and control food safety incidents; Fifth, it is necessary to strengthen rewards and punishments, so that rewards can encourage producers and operators to consciously perform, and punishment warnings force them (managers and managed) not to cross the red line; Sixth, increase investment, so that people, money and materials can meet the needs of work management and service, such as developing convenient and rapid detection methods and preparations, investing in scientific and technological talents, investing in funds and equipment.
