Lunch is vegetarian, no fried food. Seafood first, chicken and duck second. If you order lotus root or pumpkin potato, you will eat less rice, order more vegetarian dishes and order dishes with rich dishes.
For dinner, I usually consider a vegetarian and a semi-vegetarian, usually mushrooms and leaves, and then look for wood and miscellaneous grains rice or porridge in the canteen. I don't usually eat white rice for dinner.
As for behavior, don't cut in line, don't make noise, try not to complain, be quiet and not affect others, eat as much as you want in ten minutes, don't insist on eating, and don't comment on other people's dining habits.
If you still need to pay attention to hygiene, you can bring your own tableware. Because it is inconvenient to wash, I am too lazy to bring it. But I always bring my own dishes and chopsticks to wash in the internship unit. My feeling is that good quality melamine is light, easy to wash, cheap and resistant to falling. I like it.
