Two. Yangling is located in the hinterland of Qinchuan, Shaanxi Province. There are two undergraduate colleges, Yangling Vocational and Technical College of Northwest A&F University. Northwest A&F University, referred to as "Xi Nong" or "Northwest Agricultural University", is located in Yangling, an agricultural city in China. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and one of 32 key universities at the vice ministerial level.
