(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the second-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has graduated after being trained by the human resource manager of the first-level enterprise in this occupation.
(4) Have a college degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 10 years, have reached the standard hours after the formal training of human resources teachers in this major, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
(5) Obtain a bachelor's degree in this major or related major and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years;
(6) Obtain a master's degree in this major or related major and have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years.
