I. Guiding ideology

The subject combination of the unified entrance examination for colleges and universities is divided into liberal arts (including foreign languages, the same below), science, sports and art (including music and art, the same below) according to the enrollment majors of colleges and universities.

Examination subjects for liberal arts majors: Chinese, liberal arts mathematics, foreign languages and liberal arts integration.

Science major examination subjects: Chinese, science mathematics, foreign language, science synthesis.

Physical education professional examination subjects: Chinese, science mathematics, foreign language, science synthesis, physical education.

Examination subjects for art majors: Chinese, liberal arts mathematics, foreign languages, liberal arts integration, music or art.

(2) the content and form of the examination

The content of the comprehensive examination for liberal arts includes the compulsory content of Curriculum Standards for Ideological and Political Studies, History and Geography and the optional content stipulated in Guangdong Teaching and Research No.7. The comprehensive examination paper for liberal arts adopts the method of merging three subjects without multiple-choice questions.

The content of the comprehensive examination of science includes the compulsory content of Curriculum Standards of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and the optional content stipulated in Guangdong Teaching and Research No.7. The comprehensive examination paper of science adopts the method of combining three subjects without multiple-choice questions.

Foreign language English test, 20 10 written test paper contains listening questions; From 20 1 1, the written test paper does not include the listening test, and the listening and speaking tests are conducted separately. Those who take the English test must take the written test and the listening and speaking test. The contents and methods of examinations in other languages shall be implemented according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education.

The contents of physical education, music and art examinations shall be determined separately.

The specific examination contents of each subject are compiled by Guangdong Education Examinations Institute according to the National Unified Examination Outline for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Curriculum Standard Edition) promulgated by the Ministry of Education, and published before the examination.

(3) Performance demonstration

The scores of all subjects in the general college entrance examination are presented in the original form. The full marks of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are150 respectively; The comprehensive scores of liberal arts and science are 300 points each. The total score of the liberal arts or science examination subject group consists of "3+ liberal arts comprehensive/science comprehensive", with a full score of 750.

The full marks of ideological and political content, historical content and geographical content in liberal arts synthesis are100 respectively; The full marks of physical content, chemical content and biological content in science synthesis are 100 respectively.

The test scores of sports, music and art are presented as they are, with 300 points for sports, music and art respectively.

(4) Time and date of the exam

Language: 150 minutes.

Liberal arts mathematics/science mathematics: 120 minutes.

Foreign language (written test): 120 minutes.

The specific examination dates of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, liberal arts and science are in accordance with the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education. The examinations of physical education, music and art are generally held from June 5 to March 38. English listening and speaking test is usually in March-April.

(5) Examination organization

The unified entrance examination for colleges and universities is organized by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, including proposition, examination, marking, evaluation and publication. Provincial education examination institutes should formulate implementation measures.

Five, the establishment of ordinary high school level examination system.

The general high school academic proficiency test is an integral part of the general college entrance examination. According to the actual situation of the implementation of this program and the spirit of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the subjects of the ordinary high school level examination will be gradually increased.

The examination contents of all subjects in the ordinary high school academic proficiency test, including the compulsory contents of the curriculum standards of all subjects and the elective contents stipulated in Guangdong Teaching and Research No.7, appropriately reflect the diversity of candidates' learning contents and reflect certain selectivity. All multiple-choice questions have been adopted recently, and other questions will be gradually added in the future.

The specific examination contents of each subject are compiled by Guangdong Education Examinations Institute and announced before the examination.

(3) Performance demonstration

The full score of each subject in the ordinary high school academic level examination is 100, and the scores are graded. The published scores of each subject are divided into four grades: A, B, C and D. After each examination, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will convert the examination results into grades after annual equivalent treatment according to the examination results. The relationship between scores and grades of papers in various subjects: 100 -85 is a, 84 -70 is b, 69 -50 is c, 49 -25 is d, and scores of 24 and below are not graded.

(4) Examination time

The general high school level examination was completed before the end of the last semester of senior three, and the examination time of each subject was 90- 100 minutes. Ordinary high school students can apply for the exam twice during their high school study, and do not take the academic level exam after graduation.

(5) Examination organization

Ordinary high school academic level examination by the provincial education examinations institute unified organization proposition, unified organization examination, unified organization marking, unified organization performance evaluation and published results. Provincial education examination institutes should formulate implementation measures.

Six, improve the implementation measures of comprehensive quality evaluation

Comprehensive quality evaluation is an important content to implement the national talent training goal and reform the way of selecting and employing people in colleges and universities. By formulating practical evaluation methods, standardizing and improving evaluation contents, standards, methods and procedures, and strengthening the system construction of publicity, supervision and appeal, we can ensure that the comprehensive quality evaluation truly reflects the characteristics, specialties and learning potential of candidates, and continuously improve the credibility of the comprehensive quality evaluation. The Provincial Education Examinations Institute has formulated specific measures to truthfully record the content of comprehensive quality evaluation in the electronic files of candidates, which provides a true, comprehensive and reliable basis for the preferential admission of colleges and universities.

Eight, establish a multi-evaluation admission model.

The enrollment method of colleges and universities is the focus of the enrollment examination system. Based on the unified entrance examination, combined with the high school level examination, students' comprehensive quality evaluation, entrance examination and other ways, comprehensively and comprehensively examine students. According to the requirements of different levels, types and characteristics of colleges and universities, the admission conditions and methods are set according to levels and categories.

(1) Determination of admission conditions

Prerequisites for the admission qualification of each batch of physical education majors: Candidates must take the ideological and political, historical and geographical academic level examinations according to the designated subjects of the ordinary high school academic level examination, and at least two subjects have reached Grade D and above.

Candidates who take two or more ordinary high school level exams in the same subject will get higher grades.

Colleges and universities can independently determine the admission criteria of academic level examination results according to the requirements of professional training objectives and within the necessary conditions stipulated by colleges and universities.

2. Determine the minimum admission control score line according to the unified examination results.

Within the scope of admission qualifications of all kinds of colleges and universities at all levels, the provincial college admissions committee shall, according to the enrollment plan of liberal arts, science, sports and art majors, draw the minimum admission control scores of liberal arts and science majors in batches according to a certain proportion. Based on the total scores of four subjects and the scores of technical subjects, the minimum control scores for admission of each batch of sports and art majors are determined according to a certain proportion.

3. Comprehensive quality evaluation can be used as the basis for college admission or withdrawal.

This scheme has been implemented in the college entrance examination since 20 10. The general high school level examination has been implemented since 2009. The specific measures for non-ordinary high school graduates and former students to take the ordinary high school level examination shall be announced by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute.
