It's close to Longmen Grottoes. Especially Luoyang Normal University. You can go directly to Longmen Grottoes by bus. Those from Luo Li and Heke University have to take a bus to Guanlin Market first, and then transfer to Longmen Grottoes. If you are the Xiyuan Campus of Henan University of Science and Technology, or the Jinghua or Zhoushan Campus of Henan University of Science and Technology, it belongs to jianxi district, which is far away.
