What is a guarantee?
Letter of guarantee is a special letter or written material used by individuals, collectives and units to respond to the call of superiors to carry out work, complete tasks or make mistakes and decide to correct them.

Vow characteristics

A letter of guarantee is a letter in the name of a collective or an individual, with a relatively tough attitude, expressing the determination to make a guarantee to a superior organization, leader or individual. To a certain extent, it forms a constraint and spur on the oath. Therefore, it has the characteristics of taking an oath.

Unilateral feature

A letter of guarantee is generally a bill issued by an individual or unit to a superior organization or collective under the condition of guarantee. The superior organization or collective does not make any reply after receiving the letter of guarantee, but only conducts supervision and inspection according to the content guaranteed by the guarantor. Therefore, from the perspective of writing style, the guarantee has a unilateral special certificate. This is fundamentally different from ordinary correspondence.

Letter format

Although the letter of guarantee is issued unilaterally, the specific wording of the letter of guarantee still needs to follow the format of general letters. In addition, the specific guarantee contents of the guarantee are generally listed one by one in a sub-item manner.
