There are two terms of employment.

(2) Postgraduates engaged in "three assistance" work must be confined to one post without affecting their normal studies. Students who postpone graduation are not allowed to apply for the "Three Helps" position.
The following is the employment procedure:
(a) the employer at the beginning of each semester according to the number of posts approved by graduate students (colleges), open recruitment.
(2) Postgraduates who intend to apply for positions should fill in the Approval Form for Postgraduate Part-time "Three Helps" within two weeks after the start of school, and apply to the employer after the tutor agrees and the college approves.
(three) the employing unit shall determine the candidates for employment within the first month of school, and report to the graduate management department for the record.
(4) The employing unit shall assess the work of the employed graduate students on a monthly basis, fill in the employment report, and report to the graduate management department for the payment of "Three Helps".
(five) the employment period is generally one semester, and can be renewed after the expiration. During the employment period, the employing unit and the employed graduate students can negotiate for early dismissal and report to the graduate management department for the record.

(a) "Three Helps" positions are paid on a monthly basis, and graduate students who apply for part-time "Three Helps" positions should work 40 hours a month with a monthly salary of 500 yuan. Less than 40 hours shall be calculated as per hour 12.5 yuan.
(two) the graduate management department shall review the employment report of the employer in the second half of each month and pay the remuneration in the first half of next month.
