Official website of the School of Electromechanical Engineering of Heilongjiang University shows that Heilongjiang University has department of mechanical engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering and an engineering training center, and has the right to award master's degrees in mechatronics theory and its application and master's degrees in mechanical specialty, mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, electrical engineering and its automation, with more than 980 undergraduate and graduate students. It can be seen that Heilongjiang University does not have a master's degree in electrical engineering and automation.
