Is it legal for compulsory internship in universities?
It is against the law that the school requires internship, especially the school arranges internship units. The school requires students to practice, which is a voluntary choice of both parties, not a compulsory measure. The school has a labor agreement with the employer, and it is also signed between the school and the employer, not between the students and the employer, so the school has no right to force students to practice. If this happens, students can report to the local education department.
