Zhang Fucheng, male, Han nationality, from Jiaohe, Jilin, 1964. Professor, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Yanshan University, doctoral supervisor, academic leader of the State Key Laboratory of Metastable Materials Preparation Technology and Science (Yanshan University), academic leader of the National Cold Rolled Strip Equipment and Process Engineering Technology Research Center, and currently vice president of Yanshan University.

Responsible for completing the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the National 863 "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" key project, the national key scientific and technological research project, the national natural science fund project, the national innovation group science fund project sub-project, the national 973 project sub-project and the national science and technology support project sub-project.

Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Education, Hebei Fund, scientific and technological key projects and more than 50 enterprise cooperation projects, the research results have been successfully applied to China's high-speed railways, high-speed railways, heavy-haul railways, high-power wind power equipment manufacturing, large-scale steel rolling equipment manufacturing, large-scale port transportation and other fields.

Personal realization

1, ultra-high strength bainite wear-resistant steel

A series of new medium-high carbon low alloy steel plates are provided. After continuous casting and rolling and controlled cooling and heating treatment, ultrafine bainite ferrite and residual high carbon austenite multiphase structure were obtained, which has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties such as strength 1800~2500MPa, hardness HB550~700 and toughness 10~50J/cm.

2, high manganese steel frog welding technology

Based on the design theory and idea of material property gradient transition, a material with physical properties and microstructure between high manganese steel and high carbon steel is designed as welding material, and the welding of high manganese steel frog and carbon steel rail is realized by flash welding.

This achievement has contributed to the speed increase of China railway, and the welded high manganese steel frog made by this technology has been exported to the railway lines of more than 30 countries and regions such as the United States and Canada.
