Article 9 The undergraduate reservation plan of our university shall not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate plan, which is used to adjust the imbalance of online students in the unified examinations in various places. In the process of admission, adhere to the principle of collective resolution, openness and transparency, and use it appropriately according to the situation of applicants in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Chapter IV Access Principles
Article 10 The enrollment work of our school follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures, implements the enrollment policy formulated by the Ministry of Education and the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) Admissions Committee, combines the actual situation of our school's enrollment work and the relevant provisions of the articles of association, and implements a comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physical fitness and beauty based on the candidates' willingness and cultural achievements in the college entrance examination.

In provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where parallel volunteer has not been implemented, school admission follows the principle of voluntary priority, giving priority to candidates who apply for our school as their first choice. When the number of first-choice applicants in the same batch of minimum control lines announced by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) is less than the number of enrollment plans, the second-choice candidates will be admitted to our school, and so on.
Twelfth policy points and the principle of priority admission under the same conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Education's "Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022". Thirteenth professional admission principles
Professional admission is based on the principle of "score first, follow the will, and there is no difference in professional volunteers", that is, candidates who enter the same archives unit first queue up from high score to low score according to their file scores, and are admitted from high score to low score according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates in the queuing order.
In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the college entrance examination is not reformed, when the scores of candidates from the same investment unit and the same major (excluding art) are the same, they will be admitted in the order of professional volunteers; If the professional volunteer order is the same, then according to different subjects: science and engineering candidates compare the comprehensive scores of mathematics, Chinese and science in turn for admission; Literature and history candidates compare the comprehensive scores of Chinese, mathematics and liberal arts in turn for professional admission.
Recruit students from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that have implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, and implement enrollment according to the reform plans and related measures announced by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities); Candidates from provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) who comprehensively reform the college entrance examination must meet the requirements of our school; When the results of filing are the same, professional admission shall be conducted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Candidates who are subject to professional adjustment are transferred to the same reporting unit without full majors when their professional volunteers are not satisfied; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Article 17 The candidates' physical health requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.

Article 21 Our school implements the credit system to charge fees. Chapter V Admission and Admission
Twenty-second candidates admitted to our school, after the approval of the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions department, the undergraduate admissions office will issue the admission notice to the candidates.

Freshmen who enlist in the army should hold our admission notice, my ID card, and the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Ordinary Colleges and Universities received by the Recruitment Office of the people's government of the county (city, district) where they enlisted in the army within the specified time, and apply to the Undergraduate Admissions Office of the school for retaining the admission qualification.
At the time of registration, our school examines the qualifications of new students, and those who pass the examination go through the admission procedures and register as students; During the reexamination, it was found that the students practiced fraud and practiced favoritism. And it is determined that the review is unqualified and the student status is cancelled.
Article 24 After the freshmen enter the school, our school will manage them according to the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Student Status in tianjin polytechnic university and other rules and regulations, and train students according to the professional teaching plan. Those who have completed the required credits and passed the examination will be allowed to graduate (those who have completed the credits in advance will be allowed to graduate in advance), and the graduation certificate of full-time ordinary colleges and universities in tianjin polytechnic university will be awarded. Article 34 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In the past, if the school's policies and regulations on enrollment were inconsistent with the articles of association, they would be abolished and the published articles of association would prevail.
