Tongji University, located in Shanghai, is one of the earliest national universities in China and a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and jointly established with Shanghai. After 1 14 years of development, Tongji University has become a comprehensive, research-oriented and international university with distinctive features and great influence at home and abroad, and its comprehensive strength ranks among the top universities in China.

At present, Tongji University has 29 professional colleges,1/affiliated hospitals and 13 affiliated primary and secondary schools.
