undergraduate courses
Premise: All subjects must meet two conditions: (1) English 30 (Alberta English Language Arts 30- 1) (2) Language scores.
English Language Arts 30- 1 is equivalent to Chinese subjects in China. Except literature and nursing, students with IELTS score above 7.0 are generally recognized. )

Language achievement
1. Graduated from high school or above, 80% in economics, international relations, law, 85% in psychology, 76% in other liberal arts, 80% in education, 82% in business, 85% in kinematics, 76% in pharmacy, 85% in nursing, 86% in engineering and more than 70% in college entrance examination. (A high school transcript certified by the Public Security Bureau can be exempted from the requirements of the college entrance examination transcript. College entrance examination transcripts need to be certified in English at the local education bureau. )
2. Minimum requirements: TOEFL score of 560 or new TOEFL score of 83 or above, or IELTS score of 7.0 or above. Nursing needs a new TOEFL score of 92, and pedagogy needs 100.
3. Those who have not graduated from high school need to finish high school in Canada before they can apply. (You still need to provide language test scores before you can apply. Hong Kong students can be exempted from the examination, but you need to provide an A-LEVEL certificate. Hong Kong students studying in Chinese mainland are not qualified. )
4. Without any language achievement, you can also meet the language requirements by attending EAP courses specially offered by the University of Calgary.
(Note: You can apply for a scholarship in the first year of school with an average grade of 85% in high school, which is about 1, 250 Canadian dollars. )

University of Calgary study abroad application process
1. Choose a major and check the admission requirements. We can apply for two majors at most during the application process. If we receive the admission notice of the first major, then the institutions selected by the second major will not be audited and the admission notice of this major will not be issued. Therefore, it is suggested that students apply for their favorite major in the first major.
2. Submit the application and pay the application fee. The deadline for choosing a major change is 202 1 March1.
3. Apply for scholarships and awards. As long as you apply for admission, you can apply for our undergraduate awards. This deadline is also 202 1 March 1.
4. Submit additional documents. High school students applying for undergraduate courses need to upload informal transcripts and other required documents before March 10. The deadline for official transcripts is August.
5. Apply for a dormitory. Applicants who apply for a dormitory before 202 1, 1 can guarantee a dormitory on campus for two years.
6. Check the application status. Visit the Student Center frequently to check the application status, additional supplementary documents and application deadline details.
7. Accept the admission notice before May 1, 202 1 and pay a refundable deposit of 500 Canadian dollars to confirm the application. This deposit of $500 can be deducted from the tuition fee for the first year.
8. Apply for a study visa.
Register for the first year of study in September and May.
10. Start a new study tour at the University of Calgary.
