Innovating the Training Mode of Pharmaceutical Research Talents
We set up the first "National Basic Pharmaceutical Science Base" in China, and implemented the training mode of scientific research rotation and undergraduate docking, so as to cultivate high-level talents engaged in basic scientific research and innovative drug development for the country, with a scientific research guarantee rate of about 60%.
Based on the successful experience of talent training in science base, the "Top-notch Innovative Talents Training Plan for Pharmacy" with the characteristics of "tutorial system, personalization and internationalization" was explored and implemented. This project is a special zone for talent training in Pharmaceutical University. The training plan and professional core courses are designed by the tutor group and taught in English. Relying on the tutor program, we will establish "second campus training" with domestic and foreign research institutes and universities to provide students with opportunities for academic conferences and international exchanges. Most students in this program can enter the postgraduate stage or study directly without exams.
Training mode of technical applied talents in pharmaceutical industry
According to the urgent need of the pharmaceutical industry to "transform upstream technology into downstream products and deliver high-level applied talents for pharmaceutical enterprises", the school explored the "school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism", set up a "life science and technology talent training base" and implemented the school-enterprise 4+2 joint training mode. The research and maintenance ratio of this major is about 60%.
Pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical engineering and biopharmaceuticals were approved by the "Excellent Engineer Education Plan" of the Ministry of Education, and the "Undergraduate Education-Master of Engineering" training system was implemented, which cultivated students' characteristics of "getting down, staying, using well, being adaptable and having high quality of innovation and entrepreneurship", which was well received by enterprises and provided students with a better development platform. The scientific research guarantee rate of this plan is around 50%.
Training mode of modern Chinese medicine talents
Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the double first-class disciplines selected by China Pharmaceutical University. The specialty of traditional Chinese medicine in China Pharmaceutical University pays attention to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine, highlights the characteristics of studying traditional Chinese medicine with modern science and technology, and forms a talent training mode in modern traditional chinese medicine that is connected with industry and industry. There are three experimental classes in Chinese pharmacy, among which the "Experimental Class of Chinese Cosmetics" is set up for the specialty of Chinese pharmacy, which is the first to add a master's degree in cosmetics and skin health research to the specialty of industrial pharmacy in colleges and universities (Chinese mainland), forming a complete training mode of cosmetics research direction from undergraduate to graduate, and cultivating senior professionals in cosmetics science and technology.
Training mode of pharmaceutical service-oriented talents
In order to meet the growing health needs of the people, our school has set up the first clinical pharmacy major in China, aiming at cultivating high-end pharmacists who understand fine medicine. The school takes the lead in exploring the "4+3" training mode of clinical pharmacy in China. Take the lead in establishing "Sino-US Pharmaceutical Colleges Alliance" in cooperation with many high-level pharmaceutical colleges in the United States, such as the University of Michigan and the University of Minnesota, * * explore the "Sino-US Pharmaceutical Doctor Teacher Training Project", and explore the "Sino-Canadian Clinical Pharmacy Talents Joint Training Project" in cooperation with university of alberta, Canada. Eight students were sent to the United States and Canada to study for a doctorate in pharmacy, and the students became clinical pharmacy teachers according to the agreement after graduation.
Training mode of medical and economic management compound talents.
The school has established a curriculum system featuring pharmacy and based on management, economics, law and other courses, as well as a compound teaching team of pharmaceutical economics and management with multiple academic backgrounds. Relying on the National Center for Drug Policy and Pharmaceutical Industry Economic Research, the school makes full use of domestic and foreign resources of drug supervision and other industries, encourages students to actively participate in work practice, carries out international study, and trains professionals in drug supervision, enterprise management and drug circulation for the pharmaceutical industry.
